Refund Policy

We at The Strategic Hub, Inc. are committed to providing quality services in project management consulting, training, and implementation support. We value the trust you place in our services and our team, which is why we offer a transparent and fair refund policy. This policy explains the circumstances under which The Strategic Hub, Inc. will offer a refund.


1. Overview:

This refund policy applies to all the services offered by The Strategic Hub, Inc. unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.


The policy covers the conditions under which refunds will be granted, the process for requesting a refund, and the obligations of The Strategic Hub, Inc. concerning the issuance of refunds.


2. Right to Cancel and Timeframe for Requesting Refunds:

  • Consulting Services: Clients have the right to cancel the service and request a full refund within 30 days before the commencement of consulting services. No refunds will be granted once the services have commenced.
  • Training Services: Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made no less than 30 days before the scheduled training date.
  • Implementation Support Services: A full refund is available if services are canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds will be issued after the services have started.


3. Condition of the Service for Refund:

Refunds are contingent upon the cancellation policies as detailed above and are not dependent on the progression or quality of the delivered service. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or dissatisfaction before seeking a refund.


4. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, clients must contact The Strategic Hub, Inc. in writing via email at: support@thestrategichub.com. The request must include the reasons for the refund and any supporting documentation as required by The Strategic Hub, Inc.


The client's request will be processed within 10 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.


5. Exceptions/Limitations to the Policy:

Customized services or special requests requiring additional resources or third-party involvement may not be fully refundable. The refundable amount for such services will be specified in the individual service agreement.


In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact us for assistance. Our goal is to ensure fairness and client satisfaction.


6. Updates to the Refund Policy:

The Strategic Hub, Inc. reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
